PIJ Awards are won by site managers, not sites, site teams or companies.
Judges will assess the managerial skills demonstrated by site managers in their day to day work.
All site managers, whether they work for a small or large company, have an equal opportunity to win Awards.
There are no entry forms to fill in. Site managers are automatically entered into the competition if they are working on sites of three or more homes which are registered with NHBC for warranty.
The competition has four rounds: Quality Awards, Seal of Excellence Awards, Regional Awards and the UK Supreme Awards.
Regional and Supreme winners are the site managers judged best in each of the three Award categories.
