NHBC produces statistics derived almost exclusively from its 20,000 registered builders, who construct over 80% of the new homes built in the UK. As such, they represent a unique source of detailed, up-to-date information on new home construction and the house-building industry.

Statistics news releases are issued monthly and every third month we release a quarterly news release.
