These statistics are derived from 80% of all new homes built in the UK which are registered by NHBC, and built by the 20,500 builders on NHBC's register.

The statistics are issued on a quarterly basis, and include new housing starts and completions, pricing and affordability data, house builder size and output, sheltered housing starts, etc.

They are available either as an individual quarterly edition (£15 each) or as an annual subscription (£50 for 4 editions). Discounts are available for larger quantity orders - please contact NHBC's Distribution Centre on 01494 735328.
