Summary
Currently over 70% of new housing is being constructed on previously developed land. Much of this land will be affected by contamination and can only be developed cost effectively using a risk-based approach. Understanding the issues will help you avoid the potential delays to the sale of homes and minimise your long term liability. The course uses expert external consultants and specialist NHBC environmental engineers.
