Summary

For the first time companies and organisations can be found guilty of Corporate Manslaughter where serious failures in the management of Health and Safety result in a fatality. The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act comes into force on 6th April 2008, and all management decisons and actions may come under the spotlight. This key briefing is specifically tailored to provide the information you need to strengthen your risk management, governance arrangements and safety procedures.

This expert-led session will help you:

  • Understand the implications of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act on organisations and individuals
