Our Services - A step by step guide
1. Once an order is received, with appropriate drawings and supporting documentation your site will be assigned to one of our team of assessors
2. We aim to provide initial feedback within 15 workings days of receiving your order.
3. The feedback we provide will advise whether the dwellings have achieved compliance with the requirements of Part L1a, and if they have not we will explain what the problems are and how these can be resolved.
4. Once the site has achieved compliance with the regulations we will issue the results to you, and if NHBC are doing Building Control the results will be copied to them directly, thus releasing any associated conditions.
