New Home Registration Process

NHBC's home registration process has changed. We have separated site notification from the process of applying for individual plots to be registered for NHBC Cover. Two new forms have been designed to replace the previous range of forms. The new forms are the Site Notification and Initial Notice, and the Product Plot Schedule.

Site Notification and Initial Notice

This form will notify NHBC of your firm intention to develop a site, and should be submitted as soon as possible once you have all the necessary information to complete the form. The SNIN and PPS forms replace all previous application forms for Buildmark and Building Control products.

You have been supplied with stocks of SNIN forms, but should you require more you can download a copy below. A guide to completing the form is available below.

Product Plot Schedule

Submission of a SNIN form instigates a process which leads to the production of a Product Plot Schedule, and then the issue of a quotation for the plots which you wish to register.
