Buildmark Connect is NHBC's 10 year warranty and insurance cover (underwritten by Aviva Insurance Limited trading as Norwich Union) and is designed to protect the owners of non residential premises that form part of a mixed use development where NHBC is providing warranty for the residential dwellings.
