Application form

If you wish to register with NHBC, then download and print out the appropriate application form below and return it, with the appropriate fee, to the address stated on the form. We will acknowledge receipt of the form and fees and send you a copy of NHBC's Standards.

When applying to come on to the NHBC register you also need to complete a Site Notification and Initial Notice (SNIN) form.
