Builder registration

There are approximately 20,500 house builders and developers on NHBC's Register (known as registered builders or registered developers), who agree to comply with our Rules and Standards when building new homes.

If you are already on our builders register, and wish to change any of the details, you can obtain details of how to change your registered or trading status here. You can also obtain details of the actions that need to be taken with NHBC when a registered builder or developer beomes insolvent.
